Description

The equipment specification for this project is a large 5-meter system with a single-load capacity of 500 kg. It is mainly used for the storage, retrieval, and digitalized management of process molds.

Based on the customer’s mold warehouse management requirements, JY STE Technology planned a vertical automated storage system integrated with height detection light curtains, slot management, position indication, enclosed storage, and access control. This helps improve issues commonly found in traditional racking, such as difficult management, time-consuming manual picking, excessive floor space usage, inventory discrepancies, and incorrect mold retrieval.

After implementation, process molds can be centrally managed and recorded in real time through the system, reducing manual judgment errors while improving mold storage and retrieval efficiency as well as inventory accuracy. As a result, process mold warehouse management becomes safer, more accurate, and more efficient.
