A Vertical Lift Module (VLM) uses an automated lifting mechanism to deliver designated trays to the access opening, enabling Goods-to-Person storage and retrieval while making full use of vertical space to improve warehouse and material management efficiency. It is suitable for managing raw materials, components, cutting tools, molds, fixtures, spare parts, and finished goods, with different equipment heights and load capacities configurable according to material dimensions, weight, and operational requirements. When integrated with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), it can manage storage locations, inventory, barcodes, inbound and outbound operations, and access permissions, while also integrating with ERP, MES, AGV, AMR, and other systems. It is suitable for manufacturing industries including electronics, semiconductors, metalworking, machinery, automotive components, hand tools, and plastic molds.
