Description

This project is an automated storage system implementation case for the mold and fixture warehouse of a semiconductor critical component manufacturer. The equipment specification is an extra-large 5-meter system with a single-load capacity of 500 kg. It is mainly used for the centralized storage, inbound/outbound management, and WMS system tracking of production line fixtures, molds, and related materials.

The customer has long been deeply engaged in the manufacturing of semiconductor critical components. Its factory is equipped with a large number of CNC precision machining systems and surface coating equipment, requiring a high level of efficiency in fixture and material management.

Based on the customer’s requirements, JY STE Technology planned the implementation of an extra-large vertical automated storage system and provided customized services for the WMS management system. The solution helps improve issues such as excessive space occupation by traditional racking, insufficiently systematic material management, and limited search and inventory counting efficiency.

After implementation, all inbound materials can be fully managed and tracked through the WMS system. The vertical storage design also increases storage density and space utilization, making mold and fixture warehouse management more precise, efficient, and intelligent.
