Description

This project features the implementation of an automated storage system for a precision tungsten carbide cutting tool manufacturer. The system is a large 3-meter model with a single-load capacity of 300 kg, designed for the centralized storage, fast retrieval, and inventory counting management of small to medium-sized items and precision cutting tool materials.

Before the upgrade, the customer used conventional racks with a height of less than 2 meters. Because many materials were small in size and involved a wide variety of item types, the existing storage method often led to time-consuming material searches and labor-intensive annual inventory counting.

Based on the customer’s on-site requirements, JY STE Technology introduced a vertical smart storage system equipped with automated retrieval, enclosed storage, access control, real-time inventory updates, and smart inventory counting functions. The solution helps improve overall material management efficiency.

After implementation, materials can be centrally managed through the system, reducing the time required for manual searching and inventory counting.
