Description

The equipment specification for this project is a 7-meter system with a single-load capacity of 500 kg, mainly used for mold and fixture storage management. Since the system was installed and accepted in 2023, the customer has used the vertical automated storage system to replace conventional racking and manual recordkeeping. This has effectively shortened material search time while improving the accuracy and management efficiency of mold and fixture information.

In 2024, the customer adjusted its production line layout, and JY STE Technology supported the relocation planning and execution of the system. From on-site inspection and schedule planning to relocation work and system recommissioning, the entire process was handled with full support from the original manufacturer’s technical team.

With the modular design of the vertical automated storage system and JY STE Technology’s professional installation experience, the customer was able to complete the relocation within a short period of time. The client is a composite material product manufacturer in central Taiwan whose products are widely used in sports equipment, bicycle, medical, and consumer electronics industries. APEX completed installation and acceptance of the vertical smart storage system in March 2023. 2. Management Improvements After Initial Implementation

APEX completed equipment installation and acceptance for the client in March 2023. After confirming the client’s requirements and timeline, a complete relocation plan was prepared.
